1) Praying before the meeting
a. Before the meeting starts, can we pray a little?
b. Thank you Lord for all the young people in our locality.
c. Lord, we give you all the young people under our care.
d. Lord Jesus, we love You. Strengthen and supply us in our service to the young people.
2) Speaking during the young people’s meeting
a. Can the brothers stand up and declare the first stanza?
b. Can we sing this song again, sisters verse one, and brothers verse two. When the sisters are singing the brothers are praying.
c. Let’s all pray-read a verse from today’s reading.
d. If you have a guitar, please bring it to the next meeting. The meetings are a good place to learn and practice the guitar.
e. Praise the Lord. Before you are dismissed to go home, we have some desert.
3) Talking to parents about their young people
a. We have a young people’s conference coming up. It will be for one weekend. If your son is available, we would like him to attend.
b. We need some homes to open for the young people’s meeting. If you can open your home for one of the meetings, that would be great.
c. As serving ones, we gather together once a week to pray for the young people. Can we pray for anything about your son?
d. Your son seemed tired during today’s meeting. Is he getting enough sleep?
4) Announcing the next young people meeting
a. The next young people’s meeting will be held in sister Mary’s house.
b. Young people, you can invite your friends to come to a meeting next week.
c. Tomorrow after the Lord’s Table meeting, we would like to gather the young people and serving ones for some quick fellowship.
